Shipping Information:
Once your order is received by Rusty-Dawg Pet Products it will be shipped from our location in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. The estimated delivery date (EDD) displayed at checkout is generated by Canada Post and includes our turn around time.
Shipping charges will be calculated by Canada Post and will be added to the net price of your order.

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. The preferred shipping service in Canada is Expedited Parcel Post. Utilizing this shipping method keeps our shipping costs reasonable, it provides a tracking number and insurance coverage up to $100.00, as well as confirmation to us of your delivery once you receive your order.
Certain small, lighter items may be eligible for shipping via "Letter-Post" at a cheaper rate. If you are able to select the "Zone Rate" shipping option at $3.50 upon Checkout, your order is eligible for this shipping method. This method, while economical, does not provide you with a tracking number or insurance.
Shipments sent outside of Canada may be subject to Customs charges to which we have no control over.
Free Pick Up is offered on all orders. If you live in or near Ottawa, ON, Canada and would like to save on shipping charges and get your order faster, we will schedule a time for you to pick up your order at our location in Kanata. Shipping charges incurred upon Checkout will be refunded back to you if you opt to pick up your order.
Items that are drop shipped from the maker are not included in the free pick up promotion as Rusty-Dawg Pet Products does not have those items in stock.
Return Information:
At Rusty-Dawg Pet Products, we stand behind every product that we sell. We 100% guarantee the products to be as shown and described. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis if the item purchased is defective or damaged. We cannot exchange items that have been used or worn. Please take the utmost care when ordering collars to ensure the best fit possible. Incorrect measuring, changing your mind about color/design/style will not be considered grounds for a return. If a return is necessary, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with a copy of the invoice, at the customers expense. Please email Rusty-Dawg Pet Products to discuss the return of an item. |
