The pure raw green lamb tripe is ground in-house and hand trimmed of excess fat by Bold Raw at their facility in Erin, ON, Canada! It is then flash frozen in 1 lb containers to preserve freshness, nutrients and quality.

This is truly a premium grade tripe, ground to a medium consistency, and perfect for all raw food diets and also a great addition to homemade cooked diets and commercial diets. Because the fat is trimmed by hand this is a lower fat tripe than most other raw tripe on the market. The green lamb tripe contains 2% fat compared to 14% fat in other commercially available raw tripe.
